Happy

During this week ,I am busy to study and do something else.Last week my friend have some thing want me to help ,because she feeling not good,she fall into the nightmare for long time .she ask me to take her to temple ,so last Sunday we went to temple that is nearly my apartment tegether.The monk who is living the temple tell us how to read sutra and pray .Today my friends called me ,said feeling more better than before.When I heared it I feel happy too.Although I am busy all time ,but I am not tired ,I feel delight ,because I can use every time to do value things for me and to help people whom have some trouble to help.

Explain How to Do something That You Do Well

Today, I want to take this chance to write about how to keep healthy in our lifetime .In my opinion; the following points are best ways.

First of all, I think it is eating. We need to eat more vegetable and fruits in our usual daily life because I think eating too much meat will make people get fats from it .Also some people get high blood pressure because they eat a lot of garbage food like fast food in McDonalds. For instance, some people drink juice that is from all kind of beans, vegetables, and fruits. I think that is a good idea because this drink will give you a lot of vitamins.

Next, it is movement. We should keep do exercises half hour every day. You can do yoga, jogging, or any sports if you like it because it can help you to keep healthy and young in your life.

Moreover, you need to sleep well and enough every day. Personally I think before you sleep, you need to keep you mind peaceful. It can help you to sleep well. Also you need to sleep 8hours every day.For example, you need to change bad habits such as watching too much TV, or working a lot on the Internet.

Finally, if you want to keep healthy, you need to have a good mood all the time. For example, if you try to smile more and help other people who are into truble.You will get a wonderful life and happiness.

To sum up, I think the healthy life needs to keeping of good habits in your daily life. It is easy for us, and to do it now .
